• La Fourna flatbread with baba ganoush and labneh (lebanese thick yoghurt)

• Bulgur mejadra (Palestinian bulgur and lentil pilaf with crispy onions)

• Grilled pumpkin and zucchini with whipped feta cheese and pistachios

• Sweet potato with a sauce made from tomatoes, lime and cardamom

• Salad of baby spinach, cherry tomatoes and peppers

• Home made cake with nuts, labneh and caramelized mango
